Program
Design Thinking is an innovative approach originating from California that draws inspiration from the mindset of designers by placing the needs of the customer and experimentation at front and centre of the process.
This training allows participants to discover and practice the five-step Design Thinking approach. It's an approach focused on action, operational implementation, and testing ideas, aiming to provide the best possible value to users.
The Design Thinking process is based on three pillars:
- Empathy: placing the customer at the centre of innovation, understanding their deep motivations, and anticipating their needs
- Creativity: seeking original ideas that truly satisfy the customer's needs
- Prototyping: accelerating the learning curve, quickly exposing the customer to proposed solutions, and reducing risks
